We are pleased to announce the publication of the Philippine Yearbook of International Law 2020 edition.
The Philippine Yearbook of International Law (PYIL) is a publication of the Institute of International Legal Studies-University of the Philippines Law Center (UP-IILS). PYIL is a yearly publication that seeks to compile Philippine state practice through scholarly articles, book reviews, and a compilation of recent jurisprudence and issuances.
