Formerly known as the World Bulletin, ILSJ finds its roots as a periodical of the International Studies of the Philippines (ISIP) in 1985, where it continued to evolve into the Journal that it is today. It is now a yearly publication of the Institute of International Legal Studies of the UP Law Center, which aims to produce peer-reviewed scholarly articles on significant developments in various areas of International Law and related fields.
