About the Journal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Philippine Yearbook of International Law (\u201cPYIL\u201d) is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to international legal issues with an emphasis on Philippine problems and perspectives. The PYIL is published annually by the University of the Philippines Law Center Institute of International Legal Studies in collaboration with the Philippine Society of International Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We invite the submission of articles on subjects related to Philippine state practice, provided the article has not been published or accepted elsewhere. In order to qualify for submission, an article must be authored by a Filipino or alternatively be about Philippine State practice or the application of international law in the Philippines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
